Some basic information about the discussion list CHEMFAN can be found below:
Purpose: The discussion list CHEMFAN is for everyone interested
in popular chemistry. News from the chemistry world,
descriptions
of interesting experiments etc., are most
welcome. Everybody
can present their invention or discovery on to the list, to
share information about what to read in the subject or what
experiment is worth performing. It is also possible to
exchange
information about sources of supply of chemical materials
and
literature. Discussion may also include every day
chemistry
e.g. chemistry in the kitchen, at the laundry and so
on.
If
your passion is chemistry CHEMFAN is the right place
for

Please note, that posting privilege is restricted to the list members only, thus you cannot take part in discussion without subscribing.
There is also an email-based interface; you can get info about using it by sending a message with just the word `help' as subject or in the body, to: chemfan-request@lists.feedle.net .
Please, do not send your e-mails in HTML, as well as do not send any
attachments (like binaries) to the list!
All posts sent with attachments or in any encoding other than ASCII will be bounced.
Only plain text messages are allowed.
